All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within India.
Please note:
•Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
•Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
•Rayvé is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners
1.3 Shipping Charges

1.4 Order Tracking

2. Returns & Replacement Policy
At Rayvé, due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict return policy.
We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:
•The product was delivered in a damaged condition
•You received an incorrect product
We do not accept returns for:
•Change of mind
•Skin compatibility issues
•Opened or used products
•Minor packaging variations
2.1 Reporting an Issue
If your order qualifies for return/replacement:
•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

•Include clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the request.
2.2 Approval & Resolution
If approved:
•A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost
OR
•A refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
Rayvé reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
